At Midnight Margins, our products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, your order will go through a short production period before it is shipped.

Processing & Production

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before dispatch. Production times may occasionally be longer during busy periods.

Shipping

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.

Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete and may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Packages

If you order more than one item, your products may be made or shipped from different locations. This means your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

International Orders

We ship to a range of international destinations. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs charges, import taxes or duties. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Delivery dates are estimates and occasional postal or customs delays can happen.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusually long time or you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact Midnight Margins with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
